My husband purchased my engagement ring there--they were willing to order in difficult to find settings in to see if I liked them--and gave us a bottle of champagne to celebrate! We came back for our wedding bands and ordered his there and had mine custom designed and made to our specifications. Jessica and all of the staff were so helpful and great at helping find the right ones for our taste. I've been able to go in and get my ring cleaned in just a few minutes and come back sparkling and looking brand new whenever I needed. So thrilled with their customer service and workmanship. If only they had loaner rings for when I had to leave mine with their designer...
