- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆February 04, 2020, by Grace MonteroI bought a bran new fireplace from them, one year later its needs a new ignition part doesn't work they said the part wasn't under warranty and they would still charge the 200 dollars for coming out. One year old fireplace should not have problems with it for using it only 4 months in the winter. Very sad with their customer service.
